The objectives of SaTech’s consulting services are to activate our clients to manage their transportation operations and re-engineer their business processes to establish cost efficient operations. The consulting projects will range from strategic planning to system integration to organization change management.

Special programs include many small and quick turn-around projects related to transportation operations. Also included in special programs are third party transportation management services for clients who, due to limited resources or any other number of reasons, want to out-source their scheduling and/or routing operations to a transportation logistics specialty company.
